"Unmatched Tech Support Experience"
The tech support here is truly top-notch. Within just a few minutes, I found myself chatting live with a support rep who helped me migrate my domains super fast. No matter the size of your question, they respond promptly and effectively. It's been ages since I've experienced such great service, and I plan to stick around for a while. They also helped me integrate my SMTP with another vendor in a flash, and I was back in business before I knew it. I can't recommend Rose Hosting enough!

"Highly Recommended Hosting Service!"
Since 2008, I've been running several websites with RoseHosting, and let me tell ya, they provide an outstanding hosting experience. Their support team is super knowledgeable and always ready to jump in when I need help. Over the last decade, I've reached out to their tech support about 4-5 times for adding new sites to my VPS or fixing my blunders, and I've never had to wait more than 20-30 seconds for a response. Mark, in particular, was incredibly fast and did a fantastic job getting everything sorted out... I really hope to stick with them for many more years!

"Lack of Professionalism"
The technical support and customer service are below par. They carry out random maintenance that leads to outages without any heads-up.
In response to their message: it was just 8 minutes spread over two days, and the support team was quite rude and seemed disinterested in helping me troubleshoot. They kept saying to reach out again if it happened once more.
I even got an email from their CEO asking if I’d consider changing my review for a partial refund. While the tone was professional, there was hardly any effort to grasp the poor service I experienced; it felt more like a push to alter my review.

"Best Hosting Service for Four Consecutive Years!"
RoseHosting has been my top choice for hosting for four straight years! They’re always there when I need them, super friendly and patient. Honestly, I don’t think I’ve ever waited more than a couple of minutes for assistance. Just recently, I upgraded my VPS server, and let me tell you, it was as smooth as can be. Huge thanks to the amazing team (shout out to Brian, Dennis, and Steve Sam) for migrating all my domains in under 30 minutes, even with me being a bit of a slowpoke. I can’t recommend them enough!

A few months back, we shifted our business website, which is pretty intricate, to Rosehosting. The support we received during the move was top-notch, and it’s been just as great since then. "Impressive Service!"
I gotta say, I'm quite blown away. They moved my cPanel accounts over and switched them to DirectAdmin format—no other host has done that for me yet. Plus, they corrected all the errors my domains had. I would’ve wasted days and cash trying to sort this out myself. My initial thoughts on their server and support are top-notch. "Smooth Sailing with My Transfer"
I often find myself switching hosts every couple of years just to snag a better deal. I chose RoseHosting mainly for their pricing, but they also offered services that other companies charge extra for. For the first time in ages, my transfer was a breeze, and they kept in touch without me having to chase them down. This is the first time I wasn't totally frazzled by a transfer, and because of that, I'm sticking around.
